MailMover Features

MailMover offers four different products depending on the location of the data you need to migrate:

• MailMover for Server Data
• MailMover for Outlook PSTs
• MailMover for Outlook PABs
• MailMover for OMGUI Mobile

Each of those products are able to:

• Convert all HP OpenMail, Samsung Contact, or Scalix addresses to addresses usable within an Exchange environment using a set of rules and macros
• Migrate and convert the addresses for Outlook data including Contacts, Calendar, Journals, Tasks and Notes
• Convert addresses for individual contacts and distribution lists
• Migrate folders, messages and addresses in complex languages such as Japanese or Chinese
• Migrate all messages, including nested messages and free documents
• Preserves each user’s mailbox folder structure
• Optional filtering parameters (e.g. date, size, subject, unread messages) accommodate any Exchange storage limitations by restricting the amount of migrating data
• Divert filtered data to a .pst file to prevent loss

• Migrated all server data with no user involvement
• Customizable scripts to automate migration process minimizing migration resources and time
• Coexistence during migration period with scripts
• Auto-forwarding of mail for migrated mailbox via scripting
• Directory synchronization via scripting
