Outlook DefPath
OutlookDefPath, a Free Utility Solution from Simpler-Webb, allows you to change Outlook's default save directory.

Changing a user default path within Outlook is not an easy task. However, with OutlookDefPath, you don't need to "dig" into the Registry to try to change the default path. Simply run OutlookDefPath, type or select the default path, and OutlookDefPath will automatically do all the rest.
